Sales Operations Administrator

This Sales Operations Administrator position is an integral part of the LHH National Sales Team who provides critical support to the business at every stage of the sales cycle. Key activities include managing a regular cadence of reporting, opportunity mapping, responding to customer queries, contract management and communication liaison within the sales team.

 

To be successful in this role, the individual must have strong planning & organising, teamwork, communication and analytical skills.  A customer-centric mindset, initiative and flexibility are essential.

Major Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities

      Weekly and Monthly reporting on metrics such as Appointments, new Opportunities, sales pipeline, revenue projections etc

      Preparing other business critical reports such as Annual Partner reviews and Crystal reports

      Scheduling regular sales team meetings and other meetings for the Sales and Marketing Director (including Zoom set-up)

      Acting as the bridge between Sales and Operations by responding to sales team queries and mapping opportunities to Orbit

      Supporting with the compilation of proposal/tender/presentation responses

      Prospect qualification, distribution and monitoring / management of all active sales leads.

      Preparing new business terms for review and managing internal/external sign-off process and storing contracts

      Audit assistance in location sales documents and contracts for compliance

      Completing vendor forms & Ariba vendor set-up

      Respond to privacy form compilation requests by drawing on pro-forma answers and engaging the global privacy team

      Monitoring and reporting on contract status across all sales portfolios

      Salesforce super user for LHH Australia

      Support Marketing function by managing events including booking venues, recording/ reporting on RSVPs and reporting on attendance

What do you need to be successful

      Experience in a similar role in a fast-paced customer-centric business environment

      Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills

      Ideally experience working with Salesforce

      Experience working with Pardot is a nice to have
