Candidate Support and Resourcing Specialist (French Canadian Speaker Required)
The Candidate Support and Resourcing Specialist will support LHH’s candidates and manage local office(s) in partnership with local management. This person will be “the face” of the company as the customer service representative and serves as a local event coordinator.
Note: Efforts will be made by the employee's leader to establish as much consistency as possible in the employee's schedule, however, this is a part-time hourly role with no guarantee of a specific number of working hours per day and week. Must be able to start work immediately; training will be provided.
Reporting Relationships:
- Reports directly Lead Candidate Support Specialist; Reports indirectly to the area Lead Consultant.
Major Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Provides high-level customer service via phone, email and in-person; prioritizes and responds to service issues and escalates to management when needed.
- Assists clients with LHH Career Resource Network issues and liaises with IT department.
- Socializes LHH’s Digital Talent Exchange to ensure 60% of clients are using the DTE.
Event Coordination
- Sources Consultants and manages logistics for customer Notification Support activity and dedicated workshops in partnership with Account Managers.
Candidate Activity Research and Reporting
- Regularly conduct candidate activity and landing research for all Career Transition candidates, focusing on specific customers when necessary to support the retention of customer accounts.
- Partner with CT Consultants to support unreturned program evaluations, by outreaching to candidates who have yet to provide feedback to LHH.
- Manages workload and schedule, including time off, in partnership with leaders and peers.
Administrative Support
- Support delivery operations team with ad-hoc administrative support around operations reviews, customer delivery, events and other business activities.
- Provide coverage for peers and Onboarding Specialists when necessary.
Office and Property Management
- Manages flex space office reservations, coordinates with leadership to ensure flex space usage is within budget and the candidate support experience is seamless.
- Manages workload and schedule, including time off, in partnership with leaders and peers.
Required Experience
- Strong fluency in French Canadian is required.
- Strong fluency in Spanish is helpful but not required.
- Experienced customer service professional with a professional image and attitude.
- Customer service oriented, sensitive to and enjoys helping people; able to maintain calm, respond and act when requests surface from stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability and success working in a virtual work environment.
- Team player willing to do any task or go the extra mile to help; can prioritize and organize tasks with the ability to handle numerous tasks simultaneously.
- Expert user of Microsoft Office, WebEx/Skype and custom web-based applications and CRMs.
- Demonstrated ability and success working in a virtual work environment.
- Highly productive self-started, with the ability to work with all levels with an organization and remain agile with changing processes and priorities; can create order out of ambiguous work.
