Senior PMO, Talent Solutions (Marketing)

The role will provide overall project management support for the LHH brand roll out.

The LHH brand is evolving, and we need a Senior Project Manager who can support the global brand including the roll out our new website in each market.

In this role you can expect to

Key Accountabilities

  • Help translate the Talent Solutions Strategy and Transformation LHH brand migration objectives into concrete implementation activities and establish clear objectives, deliverables, and timelines for those activities.
  • Monitor and ensure a common program structure is applied in the deployment of change throughout the program and within the different workstreams.
  • In collaboration with the transformation leadership, brand migration team ensure a timely change and communications plan is constantly in place and executed to drive the necessary advocacy for change across the organization.
  • Orchestrate the transformation community brand migration team to ensure suitable governance and effectiveness of the delivery of outcomes.
  • Effectively manage the resolution and escalation of complex business or project issues and risks to mitigate adverse delivery impacts on the transformation program. brand migration.
  • Provide feedback for process improvement, lessons learned, program enhancements, and strategic alignment with businesses.
  • Actively manage and monitor the program and roadmap critical path to proactively anticipate and address potential risks and issues in a timely fashion.
  • Formulate targets and track operational and financial outcome KPIs to ensure the results of the transformation portfolio delivery are in line with forecast/budget commitments


Here’s what you’ll need to succeed

  • At least 10 years of experience
  • Transformation experience preferably from a consulting background is a must
  • A Program/Project management certification (PMP, agile, six sigma)
  • Knowledge of Clarity project management software
  • Extensive change management experience
  • Good excel and power point skills
  • Time spent in multinational matrix organizations
  • Strong communication skills in person, email, and in presentations, with a creative and fresh approach to understanding and sharing concepts
  • Budget management experience
  • Ability to interact with various levels of management and across cultures
  • A proactive personality with the ability to challenge entrenched thought patterns, manage conflict and with a high level of autonomy
  • The capacity to apply principles to solve problems and deal with a variety of variables
  • Detail and goal-oriented work habits to meet deadlines in a complex environment within budgetary constraints
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills in English, with every other language a plus
