LHH Customer Success – PMO Global Project Manager

The LHH Customer Success – PMO | Global Project Manager is responsible for the understanding of LHH’s solution and product offerings to manage large-scale, custom client programs and projects. The role collaborates with a global team to lead all aspects of project implementation, from requirements gathering through close, ensuring a smooth rollout that exceeds client expectations. Mastery of project management best practices and consulting with teams in various countries is critical. A strong candidate must be able to adapt the plan to meet custom requirements, collaborate with complex global stakeholders, and advise on customized client project delivery processes. In this role, successful candidates will have a desire to solve complex problems, build strong cross-functional relationships, be a continuous and curious learner, and want to work in an organization that values people first.

 

Reporting Relationships:

      Reports to Global VP PMO, Customer Success

Direct Reports:

      May coach and develop up to 4 Project Managers and/or Project Coordinators in role.

 

In this role you can expect to

Key Accountabilities

      Work with the client team pre-sale and post-sale to support definition and documentation of scope, detailed requirements, and estimations.

      In partnership with the solution leader, develop charter, clarify team roles, and establish governance and team operating mechanisms.

      Work with the project team to develop a detailed workplan, trackers, roadmaps, and other project planning documentation.

      Acquire and continuously learn a detailed understanding of LHH and Adecco suite of products and requirements to deliver new products, gathering the knowledge to establish project delivery processes for custom solution delivery to clients.

      Perform detailed planning for large-scale global projects including plans for stakeholder management, communications, risk, and quality of delivery.

      Collaborate with account managers/sales, consultants, instructional designers, editors/desktop publishers, facilitators, virtual producers, IT, product experts, and global and regional operations to monitor work progress.

      Serve as a key point of contact for the client throughout the project

      Track and manage project risks, actions, and decisions - escalate and educate stakeholders as appropriate to ensure progress and continuous learning for the team and LHH

      Lead effective meetings and present to executive-level clients and colleagues

      Deal with complex requirements and interdependencies with a mix of structured project management practices and interpersonal savvy

      Establish and lead cross-functional teams in matrix environment, delegate and set expectations effectively

      Maintain project budget and profitability documentation

      Manage custom deliverables comply with the quality management plan and reviewed before delivered

      Determine needs and design for project management and delivery reporting, ensure high-quality data collection, visualization, and presentation to the client

      Ensure project meets client contractual agreements, SLAs, KPIs, and other stakeholder expectations

 

Here’s what you’ll need to succeed

      4-year degree desired

      10+ years of experience in large-scale, global project or program management with professional certification and/or formal training

      HR or HC consulting industry experience is highly desirable (e.g., HR, HR consulting, human capital, workforce planning, leadership development, HR assessment, business coaching, talent management, redeployment)

      Experience with different modalities of delivering projects such as waterfall, agile, iterative PM methodologies. Learning and talent development experience with design of in-person, virtual learning and development, asynchronous, micro-learning, gamification, digital portals, HRIS integration, and other learning interventions

      Proactive self-starter with action-orientation and a willingness to own and execute work at all levels as needed for the project

      Experience coaching and mentoring other project managers

      Experience managing and leading a team

      Comfort working and prioritizing independently and managing project teams remotely while maintaining strong communication and collaboration

      Ability to learn and fully utilize new technology, experience using project management software, very proficient use of Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint), MS Teams (and Teams meetings), Zoom, data analytics software, survey tools, HR systems and processes such as LMS, HRIS, etc.

      Written and spoken fluency in English required. Multiple languages desired in this position

      Business acumen and analytical skills, experience reporting and visualizing project data
