What you will be doing:

You will build IQ Billing end to end — the financial platform treatment facilities rely on every day to manage claims, payments, and revenue. You'll own features from the data layer to the UI: React surfaces on the front, and Node.js services doing the heavy lifting on data manipulation, transformation, and management behind them.



Required Skills & Experience

 

  • 4+ years of production full stack experience (mid-plus to senior)

  • Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and React deep fluency in hooks, component design, and modern React patterns (hard requirement)

  • Strong Node.Js, with Nest.Js or Express.Js or similar backend experience

  • Strong Python comfortable building services and handling real data manipulation,

transformation, and management (hard requirement)

  • Solid relational database experience, especially Postgres, including writing and reasoning about non-trivial SQL. 

  • A preference for type-safe code and clean, maintainable architecture across the stack

  • Experience building with LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, or similar), including streaming responses, tool calling, and prompt iteration

  • Daily use of AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot, with a clear point of view on when to trust them and when to override

  • Comfort shipping polished UI: loading, empty, and error states all considered

  • A product mindset. 

 

Nice to Have Skills

 

  • Experience with Python data tooling (pandas, Polars) and API frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django)

  • Data pipeline / ETL experience and exposure to warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)

  • Experience with modern build tooling (Vite, Turbopack) and package managers (pnpm, bun)

  • Familiarity with Tailwind CSS, component libraries, and design systems (shadcn, Radix)

  • RAG, vector databases (pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate), or agentic workflow experience

  • Experience building or consuming MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers

  • Cloud experience (AWS or GCP): serverless, containers, queues

  • Exposure to observability tooling (Datadog, Sentry, OpenTelemetry)

  • Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) standards
