Position Title: Mid-Level Project Manager
Location: Hybrid - Medellin
What you will be doing:
This role at Global Technology Services requires a highly organized and proactive professional to drive operational excellence across multiple programs and initiatives. The Project Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring consistency in project tracking, enhancing reporting processes, and enabling leadership visibility through clear, structured, and high-quality updates and presentations.
The position involves close collaboration with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams, requiring strong coordination, follow-through, and the ability to structure complex information into actionable insights. Operating within a dynamic and high-expectation environment, this role will play a key part in keeping initiatives aligned, on track, and effectively communicated across the organization.
Drive project coordination and tracking by monitoring timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure initiatives remain on track.
Proactively identify risks, delays, and gaps, escalating as needed to maintain project momentum.
Define, maintain and update project plans, trackers, and status reports to ensure visibility and alignment.
Ensure leadership is consistently equipped with accurate, timely, and well-structured information.
Prepare, format, and refine presentations for program updates, ensuring clarity and executive readiness.
Consolidate inputs from multiple sources into cohesive and high-quality reporting materials.
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity across all reporting deliverables.
Coordinate across cross-functional teams to collect updates, metrics, and insights.
Proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely and complete data submission.
Validate, organize, and structure inputs for reporting and presentations.
Organize and coordinate meetings across teams and leadership.
Prepare agendas, document key takeaways, and track action items.
Ensure accountability and follow-through on next steps.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination and management, operations, or program support roles.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Experience with Jira and Confluence for project management tools.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and Excel.
Experience working with project management tools.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality outputs.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum/Waterfall environments, including participation in ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and delivery tracking; familiarity with waterfall or hybrid project methodologies is a plus.
