Position Title: Mid-Level Product Manager

Location: Hybrid - Medellin

What you will be doing:

This role requires a highly organized and business-oriented Product Manager to help translate stakeholder needs into clear product requirements, user stories, workflows, and actionable development items. The Product Manager will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering, QA, and leadership to understand operational needs, define requirements, support backlog prioritization, and help ensure product delivery is aligned with business priorities.

The position involves strong documentation, communication, and follow-through. This person will act as a bridge between business needs and technical execution, helping clarify requests, define acceptance criteria, support QA/UAT, and ensure teams have the information needed to deliver value efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, clarify, and document product and business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and functional requirements.
  • Support backlog organization and prioritization in partnership with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
  • Support discovery sessions to understand user needs, operational pain points, and product opportunities.
  • Partner with engineering to clarify requirements, validate assumptions, and support delivery.
  • Work with design or UX stakeholders to review user flows and improve the user experience.
  • Participate in QA, UAT, release readiness, and post-release validation.
  • Maintain clear documentation in tools such as Jira, Confluence or similar platforms.

  • Communicate trade-offs, dependencies, risks, and priorities between business and technical teams.
  • Support roadmap planning, process improvements, and product scalability as the platform evolves.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or technology-enabled operations.
  • Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, business requirements, and functional documentation.
  • Experience working directly with engineering teams in an Agile and Scrum environment.
  • Strong understanding of business workflows, operational processes, and how requirements translate into product functionality.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence product/project management tools.
  • Ability to organize ambiguous requests into clear, actionable work items.
  • Fluent written and verbal English communication skills. 
  • Basic SQL knowledge for data validation, usage analysis, or requirement clarification.
  • Previous exposure to Figma, Miro, Lucidchart, or process mapping tools, preferred Figma
