Position Title:  Junior+ Technical Support Specialist

Location: LATAM

 

What you will be doing:

We are currently looking for an experienced, dynamic, and highly motivated  Jr+ Helpdesk Support Specialist.

  • Provide Level 1 support via the Service Cloud ticketing system and phone, resolving basic technical issues.

  • Document all customer interactions and technical issues in the Service Cloud system.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2 support as needed.

  • Assist in creating and updating knowledgebase articles and troubleshooting documents.

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless support delivery.

  • Participate in after-hours support rotation.

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • Associate degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.

  • Basic understanding of Windows Operating Systems, general networking, and basic

troubleshooting techniques

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

  • Prior experience in customer service or technical support.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Information Technology

  • Prior experience with ticketing systems (Salesforce)
