Engagement Analyst

We are currently looking for an experienced, dynamic, and highly motivated Engagement Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing the work environment to identify areas for improvement and supporting strategies that promote employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
Your Functions, Duties, and Tasks as a Lean Tech Warrior:
- Conduct regular surveys to measure employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze survey results and develop data-driven recommendations to address employee concerns or issues.
- Support the development and implementation of strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with management and the Talent team to address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances.
- Support the creation and implementation of policies and procedures that promote a safe and inclusive work environment.
- Monitor and analyze employee turnover and retention rates, offering recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in organizational climate and employee experience. - Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee feedback to identify reasons for turnover.
- Provide psychological support and counseling to employees dealing with mental health concerns.
- Assist in the development and execution of programs to promote employee well-being and mental health.
What do we expect from you?
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
- Strong emotional intelligence and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Experience with data analysis and generating actionable insights.
- Knowledge or certification in crisis intervention or psychological support is highly desirable.
