Customer Service Representative

LeadVenture is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you will answer inbound phone calls from past, potential, and existing customers to address questions about the Frazer program and troubleshoot various issues. You will return voicemail messages and follow up with customers throughout all stages of their requests.
Here is what you’ll get to do:
- Answer inbound phone calls from past, potential, and existing customers to answer questions about the Frazer program and troubleshoot any variety of issues.
- Return voicemail messages from customers.
- Follow-up with customers throughout all stages of requests
- Accurately log all interactions with customers, sales reps, and third parties into internal CRM program.
- Utilize a variety of resources to solve problems effectively and expediently.
- Act as a resource for other employees during the course of a typical day by answering questions posed via internal instant message software.
- Actively participate in various company meetings, workshops, or smaller group meetings; provide feedback and input as part of the overall team, with the goal of improving the software and the company wherever possible.
- Communicate feedback and suggestions.
- Maintain and preserve an appropriate standard of confidentiality.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

This position will be supporting our Dealer Car Search brand. Dealer Car Search provides automobile dealers with a multitude of Web Applications to help them manage their dealership more efficiently and profitably. Including but not limited to: Dealer Website Management, Internet Advertising Management, Integrated Lead Management, Customer Relationship Management, Lead Generation, Inventory Data Management, Inventory Syndication, Inventory Turn Management, Reputation Management, Call Tracking Management, as well as, Value Added Inventory Merchandising Products and Services.
