What You'll Do
As a key member of the UK Sales team, you will support the sales structure to market, promote, and sell Laborie products and services specific to the Interventional Urology market. The ideal candidate will join us with strong communication skills and a passion for learning advanced clinical applications. Additionally, the primary responsibilities for this position will be:
- Sales Growth: Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding existing accounts.
- Clinical Education: Train physicians, nurses, and support staff on the Optilume procedure as per the Instructions for Use (IFU).
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships across the NHS and private healthcare sector, including surgeons, doctors, theatre managers, nursing staff, procurement, and finance professionals.
- Product Expertise: Become a product expert on the Optilume portfolio and urethral stricture disease state, while being familiar with the full Laborie product line.
- Customer Experience: Respond quickly and effectively to customer requests, ensuring superior service and long-term partnerships.
- Administrative Excellence: Perform timely and accurate administrative tasks including sales/activity reports, expense management, forecasting, and customer quoting.
- Field Presence: Expectation of 80% in the field during the working week (including travel and overnight stays).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Honors).
- Sales Experience: 2 years of medical sales experience in operating room preferred, but not required.
- Training Skills: Ability to implement and train on equipment for medical professionals.
- Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

- Full, valid UK driving licence
