Who We’re Looking For:

As a key member of the DACH commercial team, the Inside Sales Representative will work closely with our DACH direct sales team and the European customer care center to build and execute an inside sales approach, grow key accounts, and drive measurable results.

 

Important note: Hybrid position / Munich based.

 

About the Role:

  • Develop and run telesales campaigns for new and existing accounts under the DACH Country Sales Manager's guidance.
  • Support the full sales cycle, focusing on account follow-up and growth.
  • Make outbound calls to targeted geographic accounts to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Share qualified leads with Field Sales Representatives.
  • Track campaign performance in the CRM and generate reports.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in Med-Tech
  • German is native language. Proficiency in English with the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
  • Minimum 2 years of Inside Sales experience
