Who We’re Looking For:
As a key member of the Supply Chain team, the Service Supervisor will plan, co-ordinate and control the activities of the technical customer service team to maintain and enhance customer relationships and meet organizational and operational objectives.
About the Role:
- Direct the daily operations of the technical customer service team.
- Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity, and profitability.
- Liaise with company management to support and implement growth strategies.
- Plan, prioritize and delegate work tasks to ensure proper functioning of the department.
- Required to travel to customer locations, as needed, to support technical issues and/or installations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate degree or higher (Computer Science or Service Repair highly desired) and 3-5 years of leadership experience.
- Technical skills, knowledge, and experience of the medical equipment industry
- Technical knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals
- Technical knowledge of computer software on all Microsoft OS
- Knowledge of ISO quality systems and medical regulations
