Who We’re Looking For: 
As a key member of the Supply Chain team, the Service Supervisorwill plan, co-ordinate and control the activities of the technical customer service team to maintain and enhance customer relationships and meet organizational and operational objectives.
 
About the Role:
  • Direct the daily operations of the technical customer service team.
  • Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity, and profitability.
  • Liaise with company management to support and implement growth strategies.
  • Plan, prioritize and delegate work tasks to ensure proper functioning of the department.
  • Required to travel to customer locations, as needed, to support technical issues and/or installations.
 
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Associate degree or higher (Computer Science or Service Repair highly desired) and 3-5 years of leadership experience. 
  • Technical skills, knowledge, and experience of the medical equipment industry
  • Technical knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals
  • Technical knowledge of computer software on all Microsoft OS
  • Knowledge of ISO quality systems and medical regulations
