Who We’re Looking For:

As a key member of the Supply Chain team, the Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the entire process of Inbound & Outbound Shipping, Picking, Packing, Returns and Inventory Control. Identifies and implements process improvements, ensures adherence to the company Quality Systems Requirements (QSR), ensure quality and compliance in all processes to meet medical device industry regulations and Health & Safety standards.

 

About the Role:

  • Supervise and monitor warehouse daily activities, include Inbound & Outbound Shipping, Picking, Packing, Returns and Inventory control
  • Lead and enforce inventory control initiatives, maintains inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts and annual physical inventory audit; collaborating with supply chain & finance to reconcile variances, investigate the root cause and improve processes
  • Implement warehouse policies and standards, process improvements, cost savings initiatives and projects
  • Provide warehouse training and development of new and current employees, ensuring robust training procedures and maintain training records

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school degree or higher required
  • 4-6 years of related warehouse experience, 0-2 years of supervisory experience
  • Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
  • Visual/SAP or other ERP experience required 
  • General understanding of 5 S principals 
  • Proficient with MS Office Suites, include Excel; strong analytical & problem-solving skills; able to develop own control tools to monitor & report inventory & KPI reports
