Position Summary:
As a Sr. Infrastructure Engineer at KSM. You are assisting in the responsibility of all Infrastructure initiatives to increase the efficiency of our on-prem resources, datacenter, and cloud footprint. Accomplish these goals through the development of policies, procedures, and technology to improve the organization’s internal and external operations. Your role will be pivotal to how we think, support, and automate Infrastructure and Endpoint deployment.
Responsibilities:
- Actively develop and manage Intune and Autopilot Deployment
- Actively manage Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and other Windows related services.
- Manage and administer M365 environment.
- Assist managing a growing Azure environment.
- Provide Tier 3 support for Support Services, Business Applications, and Development teams.
- Responsible for the monitoring and patching of Windows servers and endpoints and other Third Party software.
- Support and manage virtual environment.
- Assist in supporting Cisco and Fortinet network devices
- Manage various vendor relationships for infrastructure support.
- Monitor and support all aspects of the infrastructure (on-prem, co-location, and cloud).
- Performs other functions as required.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressively responsible Cloud/Virtualization/Network Administration experience.
- 5+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365.
- 3+ years of experience administering Microsoft Intune and Autopilot
- 2+ years of AWS/Azure/Google Cloud experience.
- 2+ years Powershell, Python, or similar.
- Experience with IaC tools is a plus
- Experience with Cisco switches is a plus.
- Experience with Fortinet FortiGate is a plus.
- Experience with VMware (vSAN, vCenter, vSphere, NSX) is a plus.
- Experience with VMware Horizon or Windows Virtual Desktop is a plus.
- Experience with ITIL Framework or other industry frameworks is a plus.
- A bachelor’s degree in a Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar focus or equivalent experience required.
- Must have a high level of self-motivation coupled with a strong work ethic.
- Strong analytical abilities to solve technical problems.
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills to effectively communicate with all levels of the company.
