The Sales Operations Analyst will play an important role in our growing Sales Operations Department. In this position, you will help us improve the performance of our team through sales reporting and business intelligence tactics. Much of your work will involve optimizing sales efficiency by refining processes and making systematic enhancements. We are seeking an individual that will thrive in an environment where you can resolve operational inconsistencies and bottlenecks. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of sales and the processes involved, strong technical acumen with reporting systems, CRM systems, etc..

Responsibilities 

  • Participate in daily team stand-up calls related specifically to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, changes and development of new sales-specific features, and new releases into Production environment  
  • Provide real-time data alongside the Enterprise Development team to produce and establish effective sales and process strategy 
  • Manage and prioritize analytics and data related tickets, and manage ticketing system to escalate support tickets to developers and collaborate with SalesOps/Enterprise Development/Internal IT resources to determine solutions for our highly evolving sales team  
  • Partner with Account Executives, Managers, and Sales Engineers & Specialists across the organization to support existing users with system usage such as reporting/dashboards and system functionality (front-end focus on D365 CRM, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, PowerBI) for end-users while demonstrating internal knowledge and usage of our internal ticketing system, sales order management system, and HubSpot for marketing automation 
  • Translate research and reporting from sales, managers, and other departments to address complex business questions and help develop data-driven and actionable recommendations for Impact’s sales leaders  
  • Collaborate regularly with the Impact Data Analytics team to start, track progress on, and fix data issues on PowerBI reporting  
  • Set the standard for  Microsoft Dynamics 365 and PowerBI data models and data sets to gain full understanding and set precedence, company-wide 
  • Enhance reporting and analytical deliverables through feedback and end user engagements from all sales users 
  • Manage and edit Microsoft Dynamics 365 Dashboards, create custom Views, and assist in creating workflows for automation purposes 
  • Governance and production of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Dashboards, Views, and close collaboration of all PowerBI reporting for building, editing, and placing reporting into testing and production environments 
  • Participate in Enterprise Development + SalesOps sprint planning sessions, input Clubhouse stories when requested  
  • Meet regularly with SalesOps and the Enterprise Development team to implement best practices and set goals related to road-mapping and future project planning 
  • Other tasks as directed 

Things We Are Looking For 

Qualifications and Requirements  

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in a technical-related field or related  (Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, etc.),  
  • 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce CRM required, experience in PowerBI or Tableau preferred  
  • Advanced experience in Excel and creation of data importation/exportation required 
  • Experience in Power Automate or automated workflows, implementation projects and processes  
  • 2+ years of data analytics, business process/analytics, or inside/outside sales experience required   

Preferred Experience and Skill Sets 

  • Experience in the ability to map sales and business processes, flows, and data models; configure workflows, fields, and objects; and take requirements for other team members to execute  
  • Experience in sales engagement platforms (SalesLoft, Outreach, etc.) 
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or Salesforce Certifications  
  • PowerBI Certifications 
  • Knowledge or experience with sales marketing automation platforms and tools (HubSpot) 
  • Demonstrate aptitude for sales operations functions, including forecasting and sales process optimization
  • Experience supporting multi-channel and multi-faceted sales teams (Account Executives, Sales Specialists, Sales Development Representatives, Sales Managers, etc.) 
  • Adaptable, goal-oriented, high attention to detail, plus fantastic written and verbal communication
