Impact is hiring a Sales Development Representative for our Nationally ranked Best and Brightest Workplace!

When it comes to identifying new business opportunities, our Sales Development Representatives means business! Sales Development Representatives work closely with outbound leads to determine how our Managed IT and Cybersecurity solutions can best serve their business. This is a great opportunity for aspiring sales professionals to join a dynamic team and become a world-class sales professional.

Responsibilities 
  • Moving qualified leads through the sales funnel, connecting them to an Account Manager and arranging introduction meetings
  • Nurture new prospects through phone calls, email & the use of sales sequencing tools to introduce Impact’s solutions and identify decision makers within the target market
  • Set 10 – 15 completed sales meeting each month
  • Contact 40 – 60 prospects per day or more.
  • Conduct needs analysis and determine prospects pain points to determine how Impact’s solutions will speak to those needs
  • Determine budget, timeline, and scope of business with decision makers
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications to move opportunities through the sales pipeline
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients in sales CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and proper follow ups are scheduled
