Impact is hiring a Managed Services Administrator to join our best and brightest workplace!

As a Managed Services Administrator, you will provide assistance to all Managed IT staff members in all areas of the division. Areas of focus include internal and external communication, process documentation, and time management.Ā 

We are looking for a reliable, results-driven, and forward-thinking Managed Services Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will service and support our Managed IT and Print division by processing and creating change/sales orders in our CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, with high attention to detail and accuracy. This individual will also support the service department with service call labor entry adjustments, invoicing, and vendor quotes approvals.Ā

Responsibilities

  • Accurately review and process new sales/change orders by using in-house quoting software
  • Review customer order documents for completeness and data entry in CRM
  • Draft contractual documents for review/approvalĀ 
  • Ensure that contract proposals & opportunities are closed accurately and demonstrate high attention to detail working with financial information
  • Verify and record Hardware/Software items in ERP system as listed in vendor quotes to ensure accurate order processing
  • Register vendor quotes to secure discounted pricing on deals
  • Purchase and administer Microsoft subscriptions and licenses to Managed IT clients' tenants
  • Manage onboarding/off-boarding vendor logins for new Managed IT employees

  • High school diploma required
  • CollegeĀ Degree PreferredĀ 
  • High attentionĀ to detailĀ 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office SuiteĀ 
  • Problem solving skills to resolve issues quickly
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
  • Organized and flexible
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet changing deadlines
  • Self-directed and able to complete tasks with limited supervision
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
