In this role, you are responsible for providing mentorship to a team of Account Managers. You will lead your team through clients’ business challenges, goals and oversee the success of our longstanding partnerships.

- Maintaining a high level of performance of the Account team
- Facilitates Account Managers in their overall success, including building out growth plans and providing clear guidance
- Overall growth and development of accounts
- Pro-actively engages with internal team and clients on projects to mitigate issues, respond to clients in a timely manner and resolve issues that arise
- Being sufficiently informed and personally involved, ensuring sound planning, good service and a solid client/agency relationship
- Plans and develops budget and overall process recommendations
- 5+ years agency experience
- Prior experience in an Account Director role or a role of similar responsibilities
- Demonstrable experience in negotiation and meeting client requirements
- Solid understanding of budgeting and reporting on progress
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with aptitude in fostering long-term relationships
