Impact is hiring Service Technician Apprentices for our Nationally ranked Best and Brightest Workplace!

Impact Networking specializes in the service and support of Konica, Kyocera, Ricoh, and HP digital printing solutions. We focus exclusively on Digital Equipment and Solutions that position Impact Networking a step ahead of our competitors. Impact Field Service Technicians strive to provide the highest level of customer service while ensuring productive and reliable equipment performance.
Apprentices will work full-time Monday thru Friday 8 AM – 5 PM and will be provided a wide range of training certifications including online and instructor led classes. You will get hand-on experience with equipment setup, implementation, and service call process.
- Work alongside experienced Field Service professionals and get hands-on experience for your future success
- Complete various trainings as it pertains to our preferred vendors (Konica, Kyocera, Ricoh & HP)
- Become proficient with networking and remote diagnostic tools
- Training to provide onsite customer service, field repair, and maintenance of digital office equipment at our customers’ facilities
Things We Are Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be self-motivated with good communication skills
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
- Ability to do light lifting of at least 50 pounds
- Requires a valid state driver's license
- Results oriented
