The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Hylant Grand Rapids Market President,, the Client Executive will continue to expand and strengthen the Commercial sales team to promote further growth and retention in the Grand Rapids, Michigan market in a manner that is consistent with Hylant Core Values - Family, Hard Work, Honesty, Respect, and Empathy.

The Client Executive will sit in the Grand Rapids office and needs to be a proven self-directed team player who is passionate about sales and competition.  Being a quick thinker, strong organizational skills, and being technically sound in commercial lines coverage are all essential to success in this role.


In This Role You Will Execute On:


  

  • Understanding and adoption of Hylant Sales Tools & Processes (Miller Heiman/CRM)
  • Develop a network of COI’s; timing and targets to be established within first 90 days of employment
  • Sales Production Goals:  Year 1 - $50,000 revenue; Year 2 - $75,000 revenue; Year 3 - $125,000 revenue
  • Assist in identifying cross-sell, account rounding and potential new business opportunities within and between Commercial Lines and Employee Benefits
  • Sales Funnel to be 3x annual goal by Q3 2021
  • Identify and participate in a minimum of three social, networking, charitable or other organizations that will advance the Hylant brand, and/or create additional contacts for you among COIs or key buying influencers
