The Opportunity:

The Client Executive is responsible to develop and execute a business plan to generate new business revenue in addition to retaining client relationships by providing exceptional strategic guidance in partnership with the client service team. The mission is to continue to expand and strengthen the commercial sales team to promote further growth in the Florida market in a manner that is consistent with the Hylant Core Values. This position may be located in our Hylant Orlando office.

 

Are You A Match?

The Client Executive is driven by solution focused new business generation and building strong relationships.  With 3+ years’ experience in this space, s/he will need a 4-40 or 2-20 Florida insurance license in good standing.



In This Role You Will Execute On:

  • Technically competent in commercial lines of coverage and/or have a strong financial background
  • Understanding and adoption of Hylant Sales Tools & Processes (Miller Heiman/CRM)
  • Develop a network of COI's. Timing and targets to be established within first 90 days of hire
  • Sales Production Goals:
    • Year 1: $75,000 in Revenue
    • Year 2: $100,000 in Revenue
    • Year 3: $150,000 in Revenue
  • Assist in identifying cross-sell, account rounding and potential new business opportunities within and between Commercial Lines and Employee Benefits
  • Sales Funnel to be maintained at 3x Annual Goal
  • Identify and participate in social, networking, charitable or other organizations that will advance the Hylant brand, and/or create additional contacts for you among COI's or key buying influencers
