The Opportunity:

To expand and strengthen an Employee Benefits book of business in a manner consistent with our office culture and Hylant core values.  This position would be located from our Jacksonville, FL office location.   



In This Role You Will Execute On:   

  • Understanding and adoption of Hylant Sales Tools & Processes (MH/CRM).
  • Consistently hit sales production goals of $50k-$75k in annual new business revenue and maintain sales funnel at 4x production goal.
  • Assist in identifying cross-sell, account rounding and potential new business opportunities within and between Employee Benefits and Commercial Lines.
  • Develop a network of COIs.
  • Consistently achieve 95% retention


In This Role You Will Need:   

  • A qualified applicant must possess an active life and health license, valid state driver’s license, and have achieved a high school diploma or GED equivalent. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • A well-qualified applicant must be a self-directed team player, solution focused, and be professionally persistent with prospects. Relevant industry certifications are preferred but not required.
  • 10+ years of industry experience is highly preferred.
  • Technically competent in fully insured and self-funded groups.
  • Ability to work hybrid (three business days in-office, two business days from-home) from our Jacksonville office location.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
