Hudson Pacific Properties (NYSE: HPP) is looking for a Senior Studio Financial Analyst to evaluate and forecast the financial impacts of business decisions and help drive forward key strategic initiatives and tactical growth projects related to our portfolio of studios and production services.

What You’ll Do:

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Prepare monthly variance reports and packages highlighting financial and operational drivers for performance reviews with executive team.
  • Assist in quarterly and month-end financial closes, including reviewing quarterly financial trends and providing support for financial reporting.
  • Assist in the annual budget preparation and prepare comparative models for final presentation to the executive team.

Business & Strategic Planning

  • Help identify strategic priorities to drive growth of our studio and production services business, partnering closely with various internal stakeholders and JV partners.

Acquisitions & Development Support

  • Provide ad hoc analyses and support to ensure rigorous thinking behind studio acquisitions, development projects, and production services acquisitions.
Special Projects
  • Manage and execute cross-functional projects in support of our various operating businesses, including strategic and financial analysis, development and tracking of key performance metrics, process mapping, and market research.
  • Develop decks and materials for internal presentations, JV partners, board meetings, off-sites, and external conferences.

What You’ll Need:

Minimum Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Finance, Private Equity, Strategy, Management Consulting, or Business Development.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related Master’s degree preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter who is resourceful and innovative with a demonstrated ability to get things done from ideation to implementation with little input needed.
  • Curious and a quick learner that can dive into any area of the business and get up to speed quickly; strong intellectual curiosity and ability to problem solve.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written skills. You write well, understand the power of storytelling, have great follow up, and can parse through the numbers to uncover the story within.
  • Highly analytical mindset with experience in financial and strategic analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritize in the face of many competing priorities.
  • Trustworthy individual that is used to handling confidential information with a high degree of integrity.
