At Hudson Pacific Properties, we provide best-in-class office space to the biggest names in tech and media (Netflix, Google, Amazon), and we're seeking a Marketing Manager, Graphic Design to be a key member of our marketing team in Los Angeles, CA. This role will provide project management and graphic design support across the company (leasing, operations, and corporate). Core responsibilities will be the creation and project management of traditional and digital collateral for the company and its subsidiary brands. This individual will provide timely, consistent, high-quality design work.
 
What You'll Do
 
Graphic Design
  • Design a wide variety of collateral for an assortment of brands and stakeholders, including, but not limited to, brochures, trade ads, signage, digital and print communications, web page layouts, presentation decks, and social media content.
  • Contribute to creative concepts and campaigns, including ideating and collaborating on concepts internally and with third-party vendors.
  • Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and is built following best practices.
Project Management
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and adhere to scope.
  • Own multiple project timelines, schedules, and documentation.
  • Facilitate communications among team members, stakeholders, and agencies.
  • Attend meetings and represent the marketing team as needed.
  • Coordinate planning and review sessions as needed.
  • Track all project-related collateral and ensure all needed materials are current and properly filed/stored/ delivered.
  • Provide stakeholder/team feedback to agencies/vendors.
  • Lead quality assurance (QA) to ensure material is brief, properly branded, legally compliant, and approved by stakeholders.
  • Maintain an archiving system for easy navigation of all marketing content (website, photography/renderings, social media, advertising, videos, etc.)
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree required in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or Advertising/Communications.
  • 5-7 years of graphic design experience in design, preferably within the context of a marketing, digital media, or branding department.
  • Team player with an excellent ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions through design or ideation.
  • Proven record of providing outstanding internal and external customer service.
  • Polished professional demeanor with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Aptitude for high-level strategic, creative, and critical thinking.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere) and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Advanced understanding of Microsoft PowerPoint and presentation deck design.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in graphic design, web design, video production, social media, etc.
  • Superb design aesthetic.
  • Experience working with agencies/vendors to deliver projects on time and budget.
  • Digital and print production experience.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and juggle deadlines/projects.
  • Aptitude for maintaining composure and communicating creative perspective with colleagues and team leaders.
  • Understanding of the business and ability to craft recommendations and designs that meet business objectives.
  • Ability to work independently and discern when assistance or supervisor/stakeholder input is necessary.
Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually USD (subject to relevant experience)
