Description

Reporting to the Associate Dean for Student Engagement, the Data and Assessment Fellow will provide assistance with collecting, collating, and configuring data for presentation and reporting purposes.  The ideal candidate will have experience working with data and advanced skills using Microsoft Excel and/or Google products.  This is a temporary, part-time summer position with an hourly rate of $20.  The length of this assignment will run approximately 8 - 12 weeks.
 
Responsibilities
  • Input, verify, and manage data accurately
  • Perform data cleanup and validation tasks as needed
  • Collaborate with other staff to ensure data consistency and integrity
  • Follow established guidelines and procedures for data entry tasks
  • Communicate and collaborate with other staff to address any data-related queries or discrepancies
 
Requirements
  • A reliable computer with internet access and access to Microsoft Excel and/or Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
 
Qualifications 
  • Experience working with data, data reporting, and visualization
  • Strong background working with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.  Additional platform experience is a plus.
  • Strong focus on accuracy and precision in data entry
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Comfortable using computer applications and essential software
  • Clear communication, both written and verbal
