Production Group Lead

- Starting Pay: $23.75-$29.00 /hr
- Shift Details: 6:00AM- 4:30 PM (Core Hours)
- Monday - Thursday
- OT as needed
- Full Time / Direct Hire

- Providing daily direction for the team
- Lead required daily team meetings
- Meeting production schedules and solving root causes for potential disruptions
- Orients, trains, and/or facilitates training needs of members in production processes
- Maintaining standard work and training members to accomplish standard work requirements
- Appropriately escalating issues to the supervisor
- Supporting team goals in:
- Safety
- Quality
- Efficiency
- Continuous Improvement
- Provide regular progress reports to supervisor.
- Communicates production, safety, & quality issues
- Computer skills required (spreadsheets, word processing, etc.)
- Must possess blueprint reading skills and in the use of precision measuring tools
- Must be highly organized with the ability to perform multiple tasks and priorities.
