Position Details  
  • Located in: Lake City, MN 
    • Starting at: $22.00-$27.00 per hour (based on experience)  
  • Shift Details: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Core Hours) 
    • Monday – Thursday 
    • OT as needed 
  • Full Time / Direct Hire 
   Job Duties 
  • Fills in wherever needed to achieve daily schedule attainment
  • Self-starter who can prioritize projects and meet required timelines as directed by manager
  • Will be trained to become glass, weld, valve, and forklift certified
  • Help break bottlenecks through troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques
  • Accountable for process improvements based on team member feedback
  • Act as a trainer and mentor for other members of the department
  • Work in various cells including paint, weld, press brake, valve assembly, glass, warehouse, and pack out
  • Answer the help light calls within the department
Required Qualifications 
  • Proficient in basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, fractions, decimals), reading and writing
  • Demonstrates basic problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to obtain skills to use of precision measuring tools
Preferred Qualifications 
  • 3-5 years previous manufacturing experience, with progression
