Hearth & Home Technologies is seeking a Custom Product Assembly Tech – Flex Role for our Stellar Hearth Products by Heat & Glo team in Lakeville, MN.

Position Details 
  • Custom Product Technician – Flex Role 
  • Starting Pay Rate: $22.00-$24.00 per hour (based on experience)
  • Shift Details: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (OT as needed on Friday)
  • Full Time / Direct Hire

Custom Product Technician Duties Include 
  • Focused work in our paint and shipping departments, with daily tasks shifting based on production needs
  • Support other areas when needed to help the team hit daily goals
  • Work across multiple production stages, including paint, shipping, pack‑out, and assembly
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace by completing all required 5S tasks (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) 
 
Job Requirements 
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active on your feet throughout the shift
  • Strong hand and finger dexterity for hands‑on production work
  • Commitment to wearing proper PPE and following safe work practices
  • Willingness to be cross‑trained and jump between tasks as needed
  • Openness to learning and applying Lean manufacturing principles
