Description
DAVIS BACON (CONSTRUCTION) - ELECTRICIAN
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Read electrical drawings or technical diagrams
- Install and repair conduit & wiring for commercial & industrial low-voltage (less than 480V) electrical systems
- Troubleshoot electrical problems using a variety of testing devices
- Repair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures using hand tools and power tools
- Follow state and local building regulations based on the National Electric Code
- Direct and train workers to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring or equipment
- Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in commercial and industrial wiring.
- Must have knowledge of the NEC Code, AC and DC electrical systems and Universal Building Codes.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as journeyman level.
- Must be able to provide a clean driving abstract and valid drivers’ abstract.
