PROGRAM ANALYST / COORDINATOR

JOB SUMMARY


The Program Analyst will be experienced in a management analyst role or similar experience. The position will be located at the Centers for Disease Control in Atlanta, GA.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Provide data and business operations tracking and analysis for communications
  • Use various software tools to track progress of the communications clearance process
  • Participate in daily and weekly meetings and provide meeting support as required
  • Participate in lessons learned activities to document and archive information
  • Assist with assessments and data validation as needed
  • Perform monitoring and triage of email inboxes
  • Broad working knowledge of public health
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, strong Excel skills

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

The successful candidate must have experience in a business-related field with AA/BS and/or 8-10 years of specialized experience in management analyst role or a comparable position.
