Position Description 
 
At GoHealth, we are revolutionizing healthcare through our innovative joint-venture hospital system partnerships. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Partnership Marketing to spearhead the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversion for our joint ventures. This pivotal role will serve as the bridge between our partners' marketing teams and GoHealth’s internal marketing team, ensuring that our collaborative initiatives are impactful and aligned with our business objectives.
 
Position Overview:
 
The Director of Partnership Marketing will be instrumental in cultivating and maintaining strategic marketing relationships with our hospital system partners. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills, capable of aligning partner marketing strategies with GoHealth’s goals. You will lead a dedicated team to ensure marketing programs are timely, relevant, and valuable, while continuously refining strategies based on performance data.
 
Responsibilities 
  • Relationship Management: Build and sustain high-impact relationships with key partners, fostering demand and preference for GoHealth.
  • Marketing Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive partnership marketing plans aligned with GoHealth’s overall objectives and business goals.
  • Collaboration: Integrate partner marketing strategies into GoHealth’s go-to-market plans through close collaboration with both external partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Prioritization: Evaluate and prioritize partnerships based on strategic opportunities and collaborative planning.
  • Resource Development: Create and refine marketing resources and assets for partners, driving their effective adoption and usage.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and actionable insights to leadership, partners, and the marketing team.
  • Reporting: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop quarterly performance reports, presenting data-driven insights and recommendations to partners and leadership.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation to maximize return on investment.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Senior Marketing Specialists, focusing on relationship development and value maximization with partners
Qualifications 
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in high growth startup and with account/client/partnership-based marketing experience
  • Proven track record of successful account management
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare or retail industry and its unique challenges and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
