Pay: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience
What You’ll Do:
- Complete basic maintenance tasks in apartments and shared areas (e.g., light plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, etc.)
- Respond to work orders in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with preparing vacant apartments for new residents (painting, repairs, cleaning)
- Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections
- Help maintain curb appeal by keeping grounds and common areas clean
- Be part of our on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance needs
- Communicate clearly with residents and the office team
- Learn and grow with support from experienced technicians and leaders
What We’re Looking For:
• We welcome candidates from surrounding communities and those looking to grow their maintenance or HVAC career within the multifamily industry.
- Hands-on experience in general maintenance, construction, repair work, or similar—apartment experience a plus, but not required
- HVAC certification strongly preferred (EPA certification a plus)
- Willingness to learn on the job and take direction
- Able to lift/move heavy objects, climb stairs, and work outdoors as needed
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and good communication skills
- Resides within a 20-30 minute commute
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
