Experienced Leasing Professional (Bilingual – English/Spanish Required)
We are seeking an experienced Leasing Professional to join our team at Tuscany Square Apartments in Dallas, Texas. This role is responsible for managing leasing activity, maintaining occupancy, and delivering a high level of service to both prospects and residents.
This is not an entry-level position. Candidates must have prior apartment leasing experience and a proven ability to manage leasing traffic and close leases in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required for this position.

Compensation: $19 – $22 per hour (based on experience) plus monthly performance bonuses
Compensation is determined based on relevant experience, performance, and overall fit for the role. Candidates with demonstrated leasing success and strong closing ability may be considered at the higher end of the range.
What You Will Do:
• Manage daily leasing traffic including walk-ins, phone inquiries, and internet leads
• Conduct community tours and effectively present apartment homes with a strong sales approach
• Follow up consistently with prospects to convert leads into leases
• Maintain and support occupancy goals through effective leasing strategies
• Prepare and execute lease agreements in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate prospect and resident records using Yardi Voyager and CRM systems
• Provide a high level of customer service while maintaining a strong sense of urgency and accountability
• Collaborate with the onsite team to ensure a professional and well-maintained community
• Required schedule includes every Saturday and four weekdays
• Conduct community tours and effectively present apartment homes with a strong sales approach

What You Will Bring:
• Minimum 1 year of onsite apartment leasing experience required (multifamily)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Experience with Yardi Voyager and CRM systems preferred
• Proven ability to close leases and manage multiple prospects simultaneously
• Prior customer service and sales experience required
• Positive, engaging, and outgoing personality with a natural ability to connect with others and create a welcoming experience
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Professional presentation and a customer-focused approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
• Valid driver’s license and currently resides in the area.
