Compensation: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour, based on experience, plus monthly performance bonuses
What You’ll Do:
• Complete make-ready units to prepare apartments for new move-ins
• Perform painting, repairs, cleaning, and general maintenance tasks
• Ensure all units meet company quality standards prior to move-in
• Assist with service requests as needed
• Maintain property grounds, curb appeal, and common areas
• Assist with pool maintenance and upkeep
• Work closely with the maintenance and office teams to meet deadlines
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency maintenance

• 1+ year of apartment make-ready or maintenance experience
• Valid driver’s license required
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
• Ability to work efficiently with strong attention to detail
• Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency
• Reliable with consistent attendance
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• 1+ year of apartment make-ready or maintenance experience
• Valid driver’s license required
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
• Ability to work efficiently with strong attention to detail
