Apartment Leasing Professional (Experienced – Multifamily Required)
We are seeking an experienced Leasing Professional to join our team at Mission at La Villita in Irving, Texas. This role is responsible for managing leasing activity, maintaining occupancy, and delivering a high level of service to both prospects and residents.
This is not an entry-level position. Candidates must have prior apartment leasing experience and a proven ability to manage leasing traffic and close leases.

Compensation: $19 - $21 per hour (based on experience) plus monthly performance bonuses
What You Will Do:
- Manage daily leasing traffic including walk-ins, phone inquiries, and internet leads
- Conduct community tours and present apartment homes in a professional and effective manner
- Follow up with prospects consistently to drive lease conversions
- Prepare and execute lease agreements in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate prospect and resident records using Yardi Voyager and CRM systems
- Support occupancy goals by actively leasing available apartment homes
- Provide a high level of customer service while maintaining a strong sense of urgency and accountability
- Collaborate with the onsite team to ensure a well-maintained and welcoming community
- Work scheduled Saturdays and several weekdays as required
What You Will Bring:
- Minimum 1 year of onsite apartment leasing experience required (multifamily)
- Experience with Yardi Voyager and CRM systems required
- Demonstrated ability to close leases and manage multiple prospects
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
- Professional presentation and a customer-focused approach
- Valid driver’s license and currently resides in the area.
