Position: Apartment Maintenance Technician
We seek a Plano, Texas-based full-time Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at Bentley Place Apartments.
Your role is to make repairs and maintenance for the community while delivering excellent customer service to our residents.

What You Will Do:
- Utilize your maintenance skills to complete quality service work orders efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members for ideas and solutions.
- Maintain a pleasing curb appeal.
- Openly communicate with maintenance and office teams.
- Assist residents with helpful, caring customer service.
- Promote a pleasant work environment for coworkers and guests.
- Be dependable when scheduled for rotational on-call emergency duty.
What You Will Bring:
Our ideal candidate will have 2+ years of maintenance//make-ready experience in multifamily housing plus the following credentials/skills:
- A valid driver's license (required)
- HVAC certification preferred
- Passion for fixing/making repairs
- Ability to work alone or with a team
- Thrive in a fast-paced setting, enthusiastic about taking on new challenges, and have the desire to grow.
- A keen eye for detail
- Proactively juggle/complete multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Politely communicate with residents, onsite staff, and management
- A positive attitude
