The Product Coordinator – supports the Loungefly Product Development team by managing the end-to-end licensing approval process for handbag and accessory categories. This role partners closely with PD, design, sourcing, sales, and compliance teams to prepare and submit artwork, samples, packaging, and marketing materials through licensor portals, ensuring all products meet brand, quality, and compliance standards. The Product Coordinator tracks approvals, maintains accurate documentation, and helps keep development timelines on schedule to support successful, on-time product launches.

What You’ll Do
 
  • Manage end-to-end licensing approvals for handbag and accessory product lines
  • Prepare and submit artwork, packaging, samples, and marketing materials through licensor portals
  • Track submission status, revisions, and approvals to ensure timelines stay on schedule
  • Coordinate sample trafficking for licensor reviews, internal meetings, and archiving
  • Partner with Design and Product Development to ensure submissions meet brand guidelines
  • Communicate directly with licensors to resolve feedback and clarify requirements
  • Maintain accurate product tracking documents, approval logs, and version control
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sourcing, Sales, and Compliance to align on launch timelines
  • Support documentation needs for audits and compliance checks
  • Assist Product Development Managers with special projects as needed

What You’ll Bring

  • 1-2 years of experience in licensing approvals, product development, or a related field
  • Background in fashion accessories, handbags, consumer products, or entertainment licensing preferred
  • Experience working within licensing approval portals (e.g., Disney OPA, MyMediaBox, Workfront) a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and project-tracking tools
  • Basic familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite a plus
  • Strong follow-through, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Passion for pop culture, fashion accessories, and the Loungefly brand!
Salary Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $27.69 – 34.62 annually.​ Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Work Environment 
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
This position is based in Burbank, CA.
