Description
- Design, implement, and optimize a global S&OP process that integrates demand, supply, inventory, product lifecycle, and capacity planning across all geographies.
- Align regional supply chain strategies with enterprise-level financial objectives to ensure global scalability and agility.
- Establish worldwide inventory and fulfillment strategies, balancing working capital efficiency with the ability to capture sales and service opportunities in all markets.
- Manage long-range global planning (LRP) in partnership with regional leaders, ensuring Product, Sales, Sourcing, Logistics, and Operations align with enterprise goals.
- Own the design and governance of global Open-to-Buy (OTB) processes, ensuring consistency across categories, channels, and regions while aligning with corporate financial targets.
- Drive global financial accountability by integrating supply chain KPIs with financial performance metrics, linking inventory, margin, and revenue outcomes across regions.
- Develop proactive profit optimization strategies—including global clearance, liquidation, and channel-specific exit plans—that protect gross margin and preserve brand value.
- Serve as the central connector between Planning, Finance, Product, Commercial, Operations, and regional business units, ensuring enterprise-wide alignment of plans.
- Partner with regional leadership teams to navigate diverse market dynamics, balancing global standardization with local market responsiveness.
- Lead executive discussions on scenario analysis, risk management, and global trade-offs—advocating for both global efficiency and regional growth opportunities.
- Direct and inspire global planning teams across Product, Wholesale, Demand, Retail, and Supply functions, building consistent best-in-class capabilities across continents.
- Cultivate and mentor diverse talent across geographies, ensuring local market expertise is linked to global strategy.
- Embed continuous improvement and process harmonization across all regions, leveraging technology, automation, and advanced analytics to scale.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in global supply chain planning, demand and supply management, and financial integration in a complex, multi-national environment.
- Proven track record leading end-to-end supply chain operations (demand forecasting, supply planning, S&OP, inventory optimization, logistics, and fulfillment).
- Experience owning global S&OP design and execution, preferably in consumer goods, retail, or other fast-paced, high-SKU industries.
- Strong background in financial planning, budget management, and Open-to-Buy (OTB) forecasting, with direct accountability for P&L or gross margin outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to drive global alignment and execution while balancing diverse regional strategies and market dynamics.
- Significant experience in organizational transformation, process standardization, and continuous improvement across geographies.
- Proven success partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, Product, Commercial, Operations) to align investment, inventory, and growth objectives.
- Experience managing complex third-party partnerships, including global suppliers, logistics providers, and contract manufacturers.
- Strong history of developing and leading diverse, high-performing global teams, with emphasis on cross-cultural collaboration and talent development.
- Bachelor’s degree in applicable field; MBA preferred
