What You Will Do

  • Contributes to planning, execution, and review of each sprint.
  • Ownership of user Stories and backlog Management
  • Documentation & Product Artifacts: Develop essential product development artifacts such as use cases, glossary, process flows, and entity relationship diagrams.
  • Coordinate with development, UX, QA, technical writing, and global teams to achieve clear, systematic outcomes.
  • Understand and anticipate client needs to manage the continuous development process.

What You Will Bring To Forescout

  • 8-15 years of IT experience with at least 5 years as a Product Owner/ Business Analyst in Product Development
  • Proficiency in agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Extensive experience in requirements gathering for medium- to large-scale software systems.
  • Expertise in documentation, review, and tracking of agile components such as sprints, user stories, features, business requirements, functional requirements, test cases etc.
  • Ability to craft clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items. Work closely with multi-disciplinary/shore teams for refinement and approval.
  • Experienced in working on strict timelines while supporting multiple product releases and hotfixes at the same time in the capacity of a product owner/ Business Analyst.
  • Flexibility to work with multiple scrum teams and stakeholders and coordinate efficiently with team members.
  • Ability to raise timely risks and do a risk assessment based on the product roadmap.
  • Rigor and vigor to ensure correct implementation of requirements and provide defect-free deliverables.
  • Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills, with the ability to engage various audiences.
  • Excellent organizational focus and systematic approach to tasks.
  • Individual contributor with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in engineering or Equivalent.
