We have an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and collaborative Human Resources Specialist to join our Talent Team, providing essential administrative and operational HR support for our International regions and key people projects.
In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring our people processes run smoothly, data is accurate, and employees across regions receive a seamless and positive experience. You’ll partner closely with our Talent and HR teams to support onboarding, employee lifecycle activities, reporting, and HR programs that enable our business to scale globally.

What You Will Do
    • Develop, refine, and deliver accurate reporting, metrics and analytics for all HR operations.
    • Provide HR administrative and operational support across the employee lifecycle, including preboarding, onboarding, offboarding, and internal employee movements.
    • Build and maintain a consistent, high-quality onboarding and offboarding experience for employees across International regions.
    • Draft, issue, track, and maintain employment agreements and new-starter documentation, ensuring accurate and complete employee records.
    • Process all people movement transactions and maintain high data integrity within ATS (Jobvite) and HRIS (Oracle) platforms.
    • Act as a key point of contact for new hires, responding to questions and providing timely support throughout their onboarding journey.
    • Coordinate closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Payroll, Benefits, and Finance teams to ensure people changes are communicated and actioned accurately.
    • Support HR projects and initiatives that improve efficiency, compliance, and the overall employee experience across regions.
    • Develop and maintain HR reporting, dashboards, and metrics related to onboarding, employee data, and operational effectiveness.
    • Contribute to broader HR goals and provide administrative support for International HR programs and initiatives as needed.
    What You Will Bring To Forescout 
      • 5+ years of human resources experience.
      • Strong generalist background in Human Resources is required, in a tech/software industry preferred.
      • Strong project management, vendor management, and overall operations experience.
      • Data driven approach with strong analytics skills.
      • Demonstrated success in working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor and exercising tact and good judgment.
      • Exceptional customer service and relationship management focus, including commitment to producing quality results, is essential.
      • Strong problem-solving skills, resourceful thinking, interpersonal skills with empathy to build rapport.
      • Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, administration, and analytical skills.
      • Self-directed, detail-oriented, problem solver who will fully execute on all tasks.
      • Ability to work with sensitive information and exhibit a high level of confidentiality.
      • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines with a great attention to detail.
      • Ability to work across a variety of time zones and with remote leader as your manager and remote People Leaders that you will support who are not located in India.
      • A positive attitude paired with a passion for creating an engage workforce.
      • Bachelor’s degree in an applicable discipline such as Business or Human Resources is preferred.
