What You Will Do
- Coordinate and support all activities executed in Saudi.
- Coordinate team meeting cadence schedule and meetings.
- Responsible for creating PowerPoint slides and making presentations.
- Co-ordinate with the team to ensure assigned tasks for events/translations are as per timelines.
- Attend to onsite event support, when required.
- Organise and maintain office operations, systems, procedures, and assets.
- Partner with HR to maintain policies; and coordinate with IT on all IT (software & hardware) matters.
- Manages relationships with vendors and landlord, ensuring all items are invoiced and paid on time.
- Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills responsibilities.
