What You Will Do 

  

Forescout has an excellent opportunity for an engaging and employee-focused Senior Manager, Client Solutions Delivery Director to join our high-energy, multi-cultural, world-changing team. 
 
The Senior Manager, Client Solutions Delivery Director leads a global team of Client Solution Directors responsible for shaping and delivering customer-centric professional services solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. This role serves as a strategic partner to Sales, Professional Services, Product, and Engineering, ensuring services are scoped accurately, aligned to customer objectives, and positioned for long-term success.
 
As a senior people leader and trusted advisor, you will establish global standards for solution quality and consistency, partner closely with global Sales leadership and executive customers, and guide complex deal strategy from pre-sales through execution.
 
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
  • Lead and develop a globally distributed team of Client Solution Directors. 
  • Partner with global Sales leadership (RVPs, VPs) and engage directly with VLE and strategic enterprise customers. 
  • Own and continuously refine Professional Services, Enhanced Support, and Product Bundle SKUs. 
  • Ensure services are scalable, repeatable, financially sound, and aligned with delivery capabilities. 
  • Drive complex deal strategy including RFP responses, proposals, SOW/DOW development, and contract interpretation. 
  • Provide P&L leadership, including revenue recognition, margin protection, forecasting, capacity planning, and risk assessment. 
  • Deliver executive-level presentations in customer and internal forums (QBRs, SKO, enablement sessions). 
  • Ability to clearly articulate customer outcomes, ROI, and value realization, tying recommended services to measurable business impact. 
  • Ensure seamless handoff from pre-sales to delivery while proactively mitigating deployment risk. 
 
 
What You Bring to Forescout

  • Proven experience leading global teams and partnering with executive-level Sales and customer stakeholders. 
  • Strong P&L and commercial acumen, including pricing, discounting, concessions, and margin management. 
  • Deep understanding of ForeScout products, customer use cases, and services value realization. 
  • Hands-on experience with RFPs, SOWs, contract language, and enterprise deal structures. 
  • Strong project management background with knowledge of implementation best practices and deployment risks. 
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with executive presence. 
  • Ability to remain calm and decisive in complex, high-pressure customer situations. 
  • 10+ years of IT experience in enterprise environments. 
  • Experience with cybersecurity technologies and standards. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. 
  • PMP, PgMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification preferred. 
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%, including international travel.
