The ASPIRE Internship Program is designed to give students meaningful career exploration and hands‑on experience aligned to their field of study. Interns build core professional skills—time management, communication, teamwork, problem‑solving, and networking—while contributing to real work that matters to the business. ASPIRE is a structured, mentorship‑rich program with HR‑led learning workshops that is concluded by interns presenting their final projects to a Forescout leadership panel.
Program Details and Requirements
- 10-week paid summer intern program located in Plano, TX from June 1st to August 6th.
- Interns will earn income during the 10-week program at an hourly rate of $20 USD for a maximum of 30 hours per week.
- Education Requirement: At minimum, you must have completed your third year of college, university, or an equivalent trade or technical school
- Academic Requirement: Eligible interns must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher; an official transcript is required for your application.
- Location Requirement: This internship is in-office / hybrid. You must be currently located within a commutable distance or have the ability to temporarily relocate to Plano, TX at your own expense.
- Participation Requirement: You must be available for the full duration of the 10-week program.

What You Will Accomplish During This Internship
- T&E Analytics Dashboard (Primary Project) – Build a spending analytics dashboard that surfaces trends, identifies cost‑saving opportunities, and delivers actionable insights to Finance leadership.
- Commission Draw Analysis – Analyze draws for new commissionable employees to identify trends and insights that inform future hiring and compensation decisions
- Financial Reporting & Analysis – Support monthly close activities through reporting and variance analysis and partnering with stakeholders to understand drivers versus budget and forecast.
- Forecasting & Budget Support – Assist with forecasting and budgeting by updating models, aggregating data, and preparing executive‑ready materials.
- Ad‑Hoc Analysis & Modeling – Perform financial analysis and data modeling to support strategic decisions and cross‑functional finance initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree related to Finance, Business Management/Administration and/or Economics
- Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Teamwork Skills - Contributes positively in a team setting by communicating clearly and respectfully, taking initiative to seek feedback, and ensuring work aligns with department’s goals.
- Communication Skills – Ability to present and speak about complex information to variety of different audiences, asks thoughtful questions, and shares updates in a timely and professional manner.
- Professional Appearance and Conduct – Maintains a professional appearance and behaves with respect, integrity, and accountability in all interactions aligned with Forescout’s values.
