With 16 branches and four manufacturing facilities located in the Pacific Northwest and Western Canada, FLOFORM Countertops manufactures, sells and installs over 20,000 premium surface countertops a year. Required immediately, FLOFORM is seeking an OUTSIDE SALES REP. to service the Spokane WA and Coeur d'Alene ID area

Desired Skills & Experience:  
  • Experience in outside sales, retail sales, or the hospitality industry is ideal
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • Able to approach situations with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Able to work in a challenging, fast paced environment 
  • Possess a valid Driver’s License 
  • MUST HAVE open availability including evenings and Saturdays
  • Able to follow a structured sales process 
Duties and Responsibilities:  
  • Proactive customer service from start to finish, and beyond
  • Completing in home sales consultations appointments as set by the local branch
  • Conducting on average 10 sales calls per week.  Calls are regularly scheduled in the evenings and on Saturdays, when our customers are at home.
  • Following our prescribed and proven sales approach
  • Educating customer thoroughly about FLOFORM products, installation process, product care, and warranty information
  • Assisting customers in the selecting of product/color/material
  • Taking measurements and providing accurate, prompt price quote to homeowner
  • Responding to customer inquiries and complaints, and coordinating activities with other departments as necessary; escalating complaints to supervisor as required
  • Communicating with the support team to ensure smooth transition from order placement to product installation             
  • Actively seeking opportunities to network and build relationships to promote business relationships
