Required immediately, our local KENT BRANCH is seeking a FULL TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR/RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE!
In this role you will support our sales team with Front Desk/Reception duties at our showroom, assist our customers with their ongoing projects over the phone, and sell to retail customers via walk-in/online/phone inquiries.

In this role you will support our sales team with Front Desk/Reception duties at our showroom, assist our customers with their ongoing projects over the phone, and sell to retail customers via walk-in/online/phone inquiries.
Desired Skills & Experience:
· High School Diploma with 1 – 2 years customer service experience in a similar industry
(construction, home repair, building materials etc...)
· Experience estimating blue prints, and completing measurements strongly preferred
· Basic computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office products and ability to learn
other software programs
· Ability to solve problems as they arise
· Strong understanding of measurements and fractions
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Greets showroom customers, and assists with inquiries over the phone & online
· Supports sales staff with customer requests
· Inputs orders/quotes into the computer system and confirms availability of product
· Informs customer of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional
information needed by customer, using mail or telephone.
· Responds to inquiries and complaints, and coordinates activities with other departments
as necessary; escalates complaints to supervisor as required
· Establishes proactive communication with customers to ensure understanding of
product ordered
· Handles quality and service issues to develop/maintain customer loyalty
· Ensures orders are priced accurately and invoices are issued promptly
· Resolves pricing/invoicing/credit/payment/shipping discrepancies for customer with the
appropriate department(s)
· Ensures that orders are put into production on time to meet pickup and delivery
schedules
· May handle warranty and service issues as they arise
· Other duties as assigned
