Senior Property Manager
The Senior Property Manager will report directly to the Vice President and play a key role in overseeing property operations and tenant relations. This position is responsible for managing facility repair claims, serving as the primary point of contact for tenants, and ensuring a seamless tenant experience throughout the entire lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all facility repair claims from initiation through resolution
- Serve as the primary point of contact for current tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality repairs and maintenance services
- Oversee the full tenant lifecycle, including onboarding, ongoing engagement, and issue resolution
- Ensure all tenant-related processes are handled efficiently and in accordance with company standards
- Track and report on property performance, maintenance issues, and tenant satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to improve processes and enhance tenant experience
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in property management, preferably in a senior or lead capacity
- Strong knowledge of property operations, maintenance processes, and tenant relations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve issues efficiently
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience coordinating vendors and managing service contracts preferred
