Join the Team at American First Finance as a Marketing and Growth Coordinator, B2B. We're looking for a highly motivated Marketing & Growth Coordinator to serve as a pivotal force within our B2B team. The role is responsible for assisting in elevating AFF’s market presence. In this role you'll personally contact each merchant, introducing ways to help their business. This role is built for someone who thrives on connection and momentum: you know how to win business, build relationships quickly, and turn conversations into revenue. You don't wait for business to come to you, you create it.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Merchant Outreach & Sales
- Conduct outbound outreach to existing merchant business owners to introduce opportunities that can help support and expand their business growth.
- Understand each merchant's objectives and challenges and align AFF's solutions to help them reach their goals.
- Identify and prioritize the merchant list outreach, to contribute to AFF's success and the Company's sales targets.
Reporting & CRM
- Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
- Accurately log all conversations and activity in the CRM and maintain organized, accurate customer records.
Marketing Coordination & Enablement
- Learn all relevant product knowledge and branding guidelines to tailor pitches to each merchant.
- Oversee the digital asset library to have immediate access to the most current, high-impact marketing collateral.
- Assist with end-to-end production of marketing materials (one-pagers, case studies, testimonials, etc.) that highlight AFF's expertise.
- Leverage the brand reputation tool to audit and log merchant findings.
- Partner with internal AFF departments to leverage assets and experience to help meet goals.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of outside, B2B, or face-to-face sales and /or marketing experience.
- Cold calling / outbound phone sales experience.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing and testing procedures.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with persuasive, benefits-driven talking points.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience maintaining accurate records and activity in CRM systems.
- Organized, disciplined, detail-oriented, with a strong, confident phone presence.
- Comfortable working in a structured, metric-driven environment and motivated by performance.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
