$23.00 to $25.00 per hour

We are seeking a dependable and organized Warehouse Associate to support inventory management, merchandise handling, and warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. This position plays an important role in maintaining accurate inventory, organizing merchandise, and ensuring products are properly prepared for distribution or placement into inventory.

What You'll Do
- Receive, organize, and maintain inventory within the warehouse
- Locate and retrieve merchandise as needed
- Prepare merchandise for inventory processing and distribution
- Inspect, clean, label, and price merchandise
- Maintain accurate inventory records and product locations
- Re-tag, re-price, and re-locate merchandise as needed
- Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts
- Load, unload, and move merchandise throughout the facility
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
- Assist with customer pickups when applicable
- Support additional operational tasks as assigned
What We're Looking For
- Must have a valid driver’s license and experience operating vehicles, motorcycles, recreational vehicles, and trailers.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Previous warehouse, inventory, logistics, retail stockroom, or material handling experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license and experience operating vehicles, motorcycles, recreational vehicles, and trailers.
- Ability to regularly lift, move, and carry up to 50 pound
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
- Comfortable working around a variety of merchandise, including electronics, tools, sporting goods, jewelry, and other inventory items
- Ability to use carts, dollies, and other material-handling equipment

Commission Plan Information
The employee commission incentive plan is proprietary to FirstCash. Pawnbrokers have the potential to earn 2-8% commission, based on the gross profit of their personal performance. Applicants are provided with more details regarding the commission incentive plan during the interview process.
