As part of the Gas Power One Field Services team, FieldCore installs, maintains and upgrades power generation equipment, enabling operators of the world’s energy infrastructure to provide more reliable and affordable energy. 

Job Summary:  

The Team Lead I will assume responsibilities under direction of management to ensure timely execution of work within a specific function and/or assigned work area. Will be responsible for communicating daily/weekly updates and schedule changes to associates and management. Will monitor floor duties, direct team activities and drive process improvements.  

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Attend daily meetings to coordinate and communicate tooling scheduled activities
  • Monitor tool kit forecasting to meet timely execution for tooling timeframe deliverables
  • Provide forecasting recommendations regarding production needs and resources such as people, tooling and logistic
  • Communicate with management – updates on team and individual performance as necessary
  • Communicate with team – daily schedule updates to team or at other intervals as necessary
  • Organize and lead daily tooling kit assignment discussions
  • Organize resources and tasks to manage to a schedule
  • Generate reports on tooling production status to include kit tracking and kit execution
  • Communicate any employee issues to management and/or project challenges.
  • Proactively identify problems with work deliverables and recommend solutions
  • Adapt to changing needs and customer requirements
  • Manage stressful environment while maintaining professional demeanor
  • Utilize tooling systems in order to meet tooling demand (managing to system schedule)
  • Enter and maintain accurate tooling readiness data as part of daily activities (keeping system up to date related to kit readiness)
  • Analyze data from tooling systems to identify areas of concern and communicates solutions/recommendations to stakeholders (ensuring others are keeping system up to date)
  • Ability and willingness to work holidays, weekends and overtime as required by field assignments
  • Travel may be required

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Technical expertise as required based upon the tasks/function being managed (tool kits) Experience using power lifting equipment and must be able to coach others and ensure proper use (forklift)
  • Ability to influence others to do their best work while respecting each team member
  • Ability to work with diverse personalities and to communicate professionally with internal clients, suppliers, management, employees, and temporary agency employees
  • English Proficiency Required

Physical Requirements (EU Excluded) 

  • Must be able to see and move throughout warehouse to resolve work problems and facilitate processes; repetitive motion activities may be involved.
  • Frequent walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and squatting.
  • Ability and willingness to handle repetitive weight up to 40 lbs.

Compensation and Benefits:
The hourly wage range for this position is $23.61 to $38.89.  Employees may be eligible for overtime.  FieldCore benefits include insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability, and life), retirement savings, health and Wellness reimbursement, and a bonus or incentive program.  Eligibility for FieldCore benefits is determined under the terms of the applicable benefits plan
